Who we are

50Fold (50fold.com) is provided by CourtMe, Inc. (doing business as 50Fold) ("50Fold", "we", "us"). These terms cover the 50Fold waitlist, the Founding 50 pre-sale, and the 50Fold service once it launches. By joining the waitlist, buying a Founding 50 seat or using 50Fold, you agree to them. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract.

The Founding 50 pre-sale

When you claim a Founding 50 seat, you agree to these purchase terms (version 2026-10-05-founding50d), shown next to the pay button and on the Stripe checkout page:

Introductory price, then $89/month. You pay $44.50 today. It covers your first month of the 50Fold Founder plan, which starts at launch (on or before Nov 30, 2026). At launch, your saved card is enrolled in a subscription that renews automatically every month until you cancel: $44.50 for month 2, $44.50 for month 3, then $89/month. The first automatic charge is one month after launch (by Dec 30, 2026 if we launch on time). We'll email you at least 7 days before it. Cancel online any time at 50fold.com/manage (the link is also in your confirmation email). Cancel before launch for a full $44.50 refund. After launch, cancelling stops all future charges. If launch slips past Nov 30, 2026, we'll email you the new date and offer a full refund. Founding pricing is limited to the first 50 paid members; a refunded seat goes back to the count.

You also tick a separate box that says:

I agree to automatic renewal: after launch, 50Fold will charge my card $44.50/month for months 2 and 3, then $89/month, every month until I cancel.

Your confirmation email includes the version you agreed to. All prices are in US dollars. How to cancel and get a refund is set out on our Refunds page.

Plans and prices

One price whether you use the 50Fold app or your own Claude or ChatGPT. Every plan will have published usage limits, and there are no overage bills. Plans change only with notice to existing subscribers.

What we guarantee, and what we don't

The only guarantee we give is the refund: cancel before launch and you get back everything you paid. We don't guarantee any business result: not customers, revenue, funding, product-market fit, or that your startup succeeds.

50Fold gives you advice and drafts of work. You decide what to use, and you stay responsible for your company and its decisions. 50Fold hasn't launched yet: what this site describes is what we're building, and details may change before launch.

AI can be wrong

50Fold uses AI models. Their output can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, even when it sounds confident. Check anything important before you rely on it.

Not a lawyer or an accountant

The 50Fold Legal and 50Fold Finance specialists are AI. They are not a lawyer or an accountant, they don't give legal, tax or financial advice, and they don't replace one. Using them doesn't create a lawyer–client or accountant–client relationship. For decisions with legal, tax or financial consequences, talk to a qualified professional.

Acceptable use

50Fold, this site and the 50Fold method content belong to us. Using 50Fold doesn't give you ownership of them. You agree not to:

  • scrape, crawl or bulk-download the service or its content, including the method content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or copy the service or its method content;
  • use 50Fold to break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • access accounts or systems that aren't yours, or disrupt or overload the service;
  • resell or share your access without our written permission.

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

Disclaimer

Apart from the purchase terms and the refund guarantee above, 50Fold is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim about 50Fold is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and disputes go to its courts. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Changes apply to people who buy after we post them. If you've already bought a Founding 50 seat, you keep your full refund any time before launch, whatever changes.
