This policy covers 50fold.com: the waitlist and the Founding 50 pre-sale. CourtMe, Inc. (doing business as 50Fold) ("we") is responsible for your data. Questions: hello@50fold.com.

What we collect

Your email address, when you join the waitlist.
Optional answers in the Founding 50 form, such as your stage, team size, current tools, biggest problem, how you heard about 50Fold and whether you knew Nathaji before.
How you found us: which signup form you used, and the campaign tags in the link you came from (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign). Your browser keeps these tags in session storage until you close the tab, so they survive a cancelled checkout.
Signup details: the time and your browser's user agent.
Your consent record, when you buy: the version of the purchase terms you agreed to, that you ticked the automatic-renewal box, the time, and your IP address.
Payment details: Stripe collects your card and billing details on its checkout page. We never see your full card number. We can see things like the card brand, last four digits and expiry, and whether a payment succeeded or was refunded.
Emails you send us and our replies.
Visit statistics from Vercel Analytics: pages viewed, the referring site, and general device, browser and country information.

Why we use it

To keep you on the waitlist and email you about 50Fold and its launch.
To take payment, issue refunds, and send your receipt, renewal reminders and cancel link.
To keep a record that you agreed to automatic renewal, which the law requires.
To learn which channels bring people to 50Fold, and to improve the site and product.
To prevent fraud and abuse.

Who processes it

We share your data only with the providers that run this site for us:

Stripe: payments, saved cards and refunds. Your email, form answers, campaign tags and consent record are stored on your customer record at Stripe. Stripe's checkout page runs under Stripe's own privacy policy.
Resend: sends our emails (signup notifications to our team, your receipt, reminders and manage links).
Vercel: hosts this site and runs Vercel Analytics.
Cloudflare: forwards email sent to hello@50fold.com to our inbox.
Google: hosts our email inbox, where signup notifications and your emails arrive.

These providers may store data in the United States and other countries. We don't sell your personal information and we don't share it with advertisers. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

Cookies

This site doesn't set its own cookies, and Vercel Analytics counts visits without them. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies.

How long we keep it

Waitlist signups and answers: until you ask us to delete them.
Purchase and consent records: at least 3 years after your purchase, because we must be able to show what you agreed to, and longer if tax or accounting law requires.

Your choices

Email hello@50fold.com to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop emails about 50Fold. We reply within 2 business days, and may ask you to confirm the request from the email address we have. We have to keep the payment and consent records the law requires, even after you ask us to delete your data. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under local law.

50Fold is for people 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect data from children.

When 50Fold launches

At launch, the 50Fold product will read your own repositories and company brain, only with your permission, to do its work. Your company record is yours, and GitHub and Stripe connections will be read-only. The product will have its own privacy terms, published before launch. This page covers the website only.

We'll update this page when what we collect changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
