Management Team

Tony Kujawa - Managing Director

TK Starting on the factory floor, Tony rose to be a Director with several major industrial Groups. He was most recently General Manager and Operations Director of various Hanson Group companies, where he specialized in transforming their under-performing operations.

To ensure that the 50Fold solutions meet today's customer needs, Tony receivd input from a client list that included Deloitte, Hachette Livre, The Adult Learning Inspectorate and the UK Met Office.

Tony is an accomplished communicator and has delivered seminars and workshops throughout Europe, the United States and the Middle East.

In 2002 Tony gained his MBA from University of Bath, one of the world’s top business schools. It was during his research for this dissertation that Tony decided to form 50Fold to help large organizations regain productivity lost due to information overload especially email.

Steve Grinder - Vice President of US Operations 

SGSteve Grinder is the Vice President of US Operations for 50Fold, responsible for driving the company's integrated strategy and development processes.  he oversees the global software development effort and the US marketing and business development.

Steve brings more than two decades of experience in successful senior management to 50Fold with both start-ups (Permessa, Trinagy and CrossComm) and large organizations (3Com, Hewlett-Packard and Bay Networks).

Prior to joining 50Fold, Steve's professional background encompasses product management, marketing, software development, sales, business development and managerial experience throughout the United States, most recently as the Senior Director at Permessa and the Principal at SEGA Consulting.

Steve holds a BS degree in marketing from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA, with a specialization in Computer Science. 

Nick White - Operations Director

Nick has a background in software and training. After a career with Honeywell, Scicon and PHH he became an independent consultant in 1991. Since then he has developed and delivered both training and software projects for a range of organisations from GCHQ, Weir Strachan & Henshaw, Pearce Seeds, BioLab UK and many others. He has extensive experience in database design and data modelling.

He started working with 50Fold in May 2005 to help with the development of the e-learning course. Over the last two years he has also developed the analytical tools required for the audits carried out by 50Fold.

Quentin Baer - Associate

Aged 58, he has a background in investment banking and management consulting. He founded and was Executive Chairman of Peter Chadwick Limited, a management consulting company, which was valued at $110m when it merged in 1997 with Cambridge Technology Partners, a US technology company. Stepped down in 2002 as co-head of global consulting and now has a range of equity interests in private companies. 

Adam Lury - Associate

Adam's background in in advertising and marketing.  He co-founded Howell Henry Chaldecott Lury in 1987.  The agency was voted Campaign magazine's award for 'Agency of the Decade' in 1999.  During that time Adam built up a management consultancy practice working for CEO's helping them articulate corporate purpose.  He worked for John Browne at BP for three years and other clients have included Mike Harris, the CEO of First Direct when it launched and Barbera Cassani at Go. 

Adam left the agency world in 1999 after the agency was sold to Chime Communications plc and set up a business that develops challenging creative ideas and projects. He has also published four novels - two featuring the data detective Dogg, published by Bantam/Corgi.  He is a Set Squared mentor and a founding member of the European Council of Foreign Relations.
